Alunite Crusher

Alunite Crusher

Alunite is a sulfate mineral that was first observed in the 15th century in Monti della Tolfa, north of Rome. Alunite occurs as veins and replacement masses in trachyte, rhyolite, and similar potassium rich volcanic rocks. It is formed by the action of sulfuric acid bearing solutions on these rocks during the oxidation and leaching of metal sulfide deposits. Alunite also is found near volcanic fumaroles. The white, finely granular masses closely resemble finely granular limestone, dolomite, anhydrite, and magnesite in appearance. The more compact kinds from Hungary are so hard and tough that they have been used for millstones.

Firstly, we choose the usable materials and transmit them with the vibrating feeder. Then vibrating feeder pours them into primary alunite crusher. Then products of primary alunite crusher get crushed by secondary alunite crusher.

Secondary alunite crusher crushes stones into smaller size and usually they can get used. But more often the products of secondary alunite crusher get screened by vibrating screen and whose can fit the requirement will leave this process and become the final product and the others will go back to secondary alunite crusher or even primary crusher to get crushed.

Finally, alunite all become the right products . Tertiary alunite crusher is usually used in special crushing process. Tertiary alunite crusher will process stones into much smaller size than secondary crusher. We usually choose mobile alunite crusher or portable alunite crusher is this process. Because it is really convenient to use mobile alunite crusher or portable alunite crusher in this process.
