Impact hammer crushers are hammer mills that are particularly used for primary and secondary crushing of feed materials from mining and pit and quarry industries.
DSMAC Fine Crushing Hammer Crusher is suitable for crushing material with compression strength less than 160 MPa. Especially suitable for cement industry to crush brittle material such as limestone, with surface moisture not greater than 5%. Also it can be used for fine crushing work of construction material, chemical engineering, mining, metallurgical, etc. Install before mill to increase mill efficiency and receive best milling performance.

Reversible impact hammer crushers
Here, the operating direction is reversed so that the beater heads are optimally used without having to be turned. A number of different drive concepts are available. Impact hammer crushers can be operated with constant or variable rotational speed.
Mechanically adjustable impact walls

Hydraulically adjustable impact walls
For frequent changes in the type of work to be performed, depending on product quality andgrain spectrum.
With a replaceable grate
To limit the quantity of oversized grain. Not suitable for moist, sticky and clayey materials.
Housing with hydraulic opening mechanism
To open the housing. The necessary time for replacing worn-out parts or even a fully-equipped rotor, is thus considerably reduced.
