Vibrating screening feeders are used for rock feeding to crushers while they partially screen small fraction from the material during feeding. ZSW Feeders can be fitted with a frequency converter allowing a continuous regulation of capacity.
Vibrating screens deck arrangements are supplied in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 decks. The 2.5-deck or 3.5-deck screens are excellent for screening to 4 – 5 fractions.
