Gold crushing processing process

Due to the low content of gold, the gold ore is generally crushed and grinded to separate the gold. In the crushing process, chunk of gold minerals are feed in the primary crusher (usually jaw crusher) by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to the second crushing stage (impact crusher or cone crusher) by belt conveyor. Finally, the materials are screened into different size according to the different specifications. The standard gold ore is transferred to the finished product, while the other is crushed again. In the crushing processing process, the gold mineral is crushed.
