New Type Composite Jaw plate in DSMAC

DSMAC composite plate is the new product which is researched and developed by DSMAC and Xi’an Jiaotong University. It is made of new composite material and comparing with general jaw plate, it has a long working life. According to its research statistics, the working life of new product is more than three times than the general jaw plate, which breaks the record that new material wear resistant casting is just improving 1.5 times than the high manganese steel casting.

The production practice of DSMAC new type composite jaw plate in China

In the December of 2011, it is put into use in the mining enterprise in Xiquan, Shanxi, Tangshan, Hebei China. These enterprises use extremely strong material. They have a poor working condition and the equipment has to work for more than ten hours every day. At present, the new type composite jaw plate transformed by high technology has been identified by the industries with poor working condition, such as mining, metallurgical and some other industries.

The special features of DSMAC new type composite jaw plate

The first feature: the new type composite jaw plate casted by new composite material has a long working life and nearly three times than the general jaw plate. The second feature, it has a super wear resistance, production capacity and it is suitable for crushing hard, strong abrasive material. The third feature: compared with common jaw plate, the new type composite jaw plate is cast-effective, which can reduce more than half investment cost.
